American low-carb blogger Jimmy Moore from shared a combination of both of his lectures during the Low Carb Down Under Tour of Australia when he visited Fish Creek, Australia on Sunday, November 18, 2012. He shared about his personal 180-pound weight loss success story in 2004, how the weight started to creep back on in the years that followed and this new concept of nutritional ketosis that he started in 2012 to return his weight and various aspects of his health to where they need to be again. Got inspiration from a number of lifters doing this as assistance, mike tuscherer, robin sjögren, amongst others are fond of these. Been away from the gym for a half a year due to personal reasons and lazyness, Coming back with a vengence, since I´ve lost all my strength and gained some fat, I decided to gain my strength back and lose the flabby weight. I`m well on my way, almost doubled my strength back, to my previous level and lost 10 pounds of fat and gained about 7 pounds of muscle in the process with a low carb, high fat diet regimen with a 700kcal defecit, this in 2 months! Happy as a chap can be. How nice to not embody godawfulness anymore
