Low cal & low carb cookies! P2 & P3 friendly.




Today I show you how to make my version of Snicker-Doodles & Coffee Crisp Cookies! The entire batch of both ( about 24 cookies ) is only 45 calories! That’s less than 2 calories each. I only count the calories from the egg whites, but not from the Truvia. For the Coffee Crisp Cookies: Dissolve 1 pack (0.07 oz pack) of Instant coffee in 1/4 cup warm water in a medium mixing bowl, once dissolved add 1 & 1/2 Tablespoon ‘ Just Whites Dried Egg Whites’ & break up with a fork & let sit for 2 minutes. After sitting mix on medium speed until they mix well together, then add 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/2 tsp. imitation vanilla & slowly incorporate 1/4 cup powdered truvia. Once light & fluffy place on top of a parchment papered cookie sheet & bake for approx. 1 hour @ 250 degr…
