200 g minced beef 300 g steak 100 g mushroom 100 g onions You can add whatever other vegetables you prefer. I chose green beans, roughly 200 grams. I also suggest you spice it. Once again however you prefer. I used a kebab spice. A chilli or barbecue spice would probably work well too. Last but not least I used some low sugar ketchup. All in all a super easy to make, very filling and very tasty meal….
