It’s delicious, takes not more than 5 minutes to make and is a perfect alternative to normal pancake. I do not recommend eating too much of protein powder and if you do, find as good as possible. I’m in Costa Rica where options are very restricted but it’s a great alternative so you don’t have to use high carb or sweet products. Just want to be clear that I do prefer as Raw as possible in the food but we’re all difference and I really want to help you in any kind of way so I still feel this is a great pancake for us Diabetics :)
