A grocery haul and chit chat about me no longer on low carb. To all of you out there doing low carb i think that is great and in no way am I knocking it. I actually think its a very healthy way to eat. I am just not losing fast enough on it BUT when I get to goal I will be adapting the low carb lifestyle. Right now my main focus is to lose some of this weight, so I am doing what I need to do to get it off….
