Day 10 keto diet




No weight loss today, but 3/4 inch off the hips! Weight loss is happening MUCH more slowly than the first time I did keto, but, hey a little as a time is better than nothing. The reason I choose keto is because I LOVE food. When I follow a keto plan I can have in between 1600-1800 calories a day and lose weight fast. When I follow a calorie restricted diet I can have 1300 calories and wait about a week to see the scale go down 1lb. Keto is where it’s at! When you are on a keto/low carb diet you can feel discouraged at times because the scale seems to stay the same. I encourage you to bust out that tape measure and see if you’ve lost inches.
