These sound AMAZING! Can’t wait to try them at home! Thanks for sharing your recipe! =^D
@MyTastyCakes No problem – I am glad I could share the recipes if I can’t share the actual meal.
Kent, I’ve noticed that “chunk” tuna has become, over the years, just watery flaked tuna in the cans, and that you now have to spend more money to get actual chunks in the form of “solid” tuna types. This is a perfect way to use the less expensive flakes of tuna that often go on sale. Thank you!
@Vittoria10538 There are times that I use the expensive stuff like in Tuna salad where you want a ton of flavor, but I agree being able to use the cheaper stuff in these recipes makes low carbing easier on the budget. How were your test results?
@ataylorai1 It depends on what they are made with. A lot of commercial gluten free foods are made with white flour or corn flour. Both of which are just as bad for low carb as wheat flour.
@3333temp Wow, condescending and rude much? You must be a peach.
Bowulf, I don’t care how you speak, I, and I’m sure everyone else that watches your videos, can clearly understand what you say.
@Robind0514 I used corn oil to fry them, which is OK IMO as long as you use it below its smoke temp and it doesn’t break down. If it starts to smell bad, you need to toss it out. Thanks for watching!
@3333temp No cakes as in crab cakes or lobster cakes. I kept in the ball form rather than squashed because it is easier to eat. As for green onions, I am not the only one who calls them stalks – google it once. Stalks or shoots – both are used commonly. I am glad my use of the English language humors you. Take care.
Those look great. Did you use regular vegetable oil to fry them in? Thought I couldn’t have vegetable oil, but maybe just a little is OK? I’ve made alot of your recipes, and they are always wonderful. Thanks Kent!
@souza777 Thanks for the kind comments. I hope you like them.
those look greeeeaaat!! can’t wait to make some of these!!
I guess you were trying to make them into little “cakes” as in like a bundt cake, etc? I would have thought you would have shaped them more into patties like seen in salmon cakes. You are a very smart man I am sure, but you use weird English, lol. Stalks of green onion? Mix these all through each other? Haha–keep up the fun videos. Thanks
@bowulf Don’t have them yet; maybe today or tomorrow. I am feeling much better now, but I think I’m going to be watching my fat as well as my carbs. It’s very, very doable.
