36 hours fast is great for fat burning, maybe even better than 2×24 hours. It’s between the 18th and 24th hour of the fast when you’re turning into a fat burning beast.

hey cory i hear people talking about “18″ hour fast where for instance the dont eat from 3am till 11pm then baisicly one meal per day, and then a refeed day once a week is this legit or not sounds weird to me
Sugar-burners never fast: they eat 12 meals a day, including one meal at 3 a.m. to make sure their insulin levels are elevated all day.
Nice! I’ve had great success with the 16/8 protocol; from 175lbs to 169lbs in 4 weeks as of this morning, with significant changes in the mirror. Furthermore, still making weekly gains in the big lifts in a FASTED STATE!

dude the last 3/4ish weeks, I had like a sandwich and that would be it for the entire day, I was keeping myself busy so I didn’t even realize how little I ate. Drank lots of water over the time. But yeah my housemates told me I looked skinnier, I just thought it was because they hadn’t seen me for some time but when I weighed myself I had gone from around 13st to almost 12st. I didn’t even feel the change and I had no muscle loss at all.

I figure if I’m going to do 24 hours I might as well do a little more & save on my monthly food expenses
I basically only eat 4 days a week, so that means I’m only buying food for 16 days a month

I just finished my first 36 hour fast this morning at 7 am – my experience was pretty good – the scale showed a 3 pound drop in weight – I did not work out at the end of my fast this time because it was the first fast that I have ever done but I will work out at the end of the next one – I would like to know what you drink during your fast and do you ever break your fast with Whey Protein ?
